Our weight loss program is designed to provide safe, effective results through evidence-based medications and continuous care. All patients begin with a personalized plan tailored to their health goals and medical history. Your first visit is an in-person visit with own of our nurses who will get your initial weight, vital signs and provide education. Additionally, a Nurse practitioner will do a telehealth visit to start your at home weight loss prescription.

To ensure the best outcomes, we require monthly virtual check-ins with our nursing team to monitor progress, provide guidance, and make any necessary adjustments. Every three months, you’ll have a telehealth visit with one of our licensed providers to evaluate your overall wellness, review your treatment plan, and determine next steps.

Tirzepatide

Acts as both a GLP-1 and a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor agonist, leading to greater appetite suppression and metabolic improvements. Shown to have less side effects with a monthly cost ranging from $385-$395
